3 Classes for $50

*classes will feature gentle vinyasa, yin and restorative - basic classes for all bodies and experience levels

*Yin yoga is deep stretching with longer holds to reach deep into your tissue, tendons, and joints - it is accommodating for all bodies and experience levels
