However, the transitions between poses that are often overlooked and/or rushed, can be equally significant in the pursuit of connection. This class is a union of conventional and contemporary yoga where students can learn to be creative in their flows and cultivate a freedom of expression through movement while simultaneously harnessing the power of breath and improving their ability to focus and quiet the mind.
Gentle Vinyasa is the perfect morning practice. This class links movement with breath to provide you with a moving meditation, providing a perfect space for beginners, or those looking for basic movement to help start their day.

You can be at any physical level to be able to participate in this class. Through training techniques students will burn fat, increase strength, cardio and flexibility; but also their minds will receive the best workout of all.
