Wednesdays, January 15, 22, & 29 - Elements Yoga® Series - 5:30-6:30pm
Five Elements Yoga® is a practice to realign you with the rhythms of nature. It weaves together practices from yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, and bodywork. You will revitalize your body with yoga postures, balance your energy with breath work and mudras, and detoxify with self-massage. This series is led by Jackie Foster. Pre-registration for this class in strongly encouraged, but drop-ins are welcome. Classes are $18 each (attendees can use an existing class pass).

Saturday, January 25 - Parent & Teen Wellness Workshop - 11:30am1:00pm
Learn self-care skills with this 90 minute workshop designed to strengthen connections between a caregiver and his/her teen. During this time, family pairs will practice yoga, mindfulness, and stress management techniques, with an emphasis on promoting healthy communication and stress management.
Cost is $45 per set of parent & teen. Space is limited to 6 sets of parent & teen, for a maximum of 12 total.
Pre-registration is required and can be done through the Earthshine website. If this event goes well, there will be more offered in the future.
Maria Braun is a Certified Kid’s Yoga Teacher, School Counselor in Brasher Falls, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Thursdays, January 30 - February 20 - Beginners 4 Week Mini-Series - 7:00-8:15pm
If you have ever been interested in trying yoga but have felt intimidated by the idea of entering a studio, then this series for you!! Join yoga instructor, Beth McNally, as she leads you through a 4 week introduction to the practice of yoga. This series will include introduction and instruction of: a variety of poses, the concepts of yoga philosophy, and various styles of yoga and how they differ. All of this provided in a comfortable atmosphere where all are welcome!!
This series will run on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:15pm.

Saturday, February 1 - 8 Limbs - Breath - Meditation - 11:30am - 1:00pm
Expanding your yoga practice beyond the poses begins with the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This workshop will introduce the basic philosophy of yoga, a bit of its history, and the 8 Limb Path of the practice of yoga. This workshop will also cover the basics of breathwork, and meditation. These three practices will help facilitate the practice of yoga beyond the mat and into the rest of your life.
This event will be led by yoga instructor, Beth McNally.
The cost of this event is $25. Pre-registration is not required but is strongly recommended.
Wednesdays, February 12, 19 & 26 - Yoga Rx for Pain Series - 5:30pm-6:30pm
Join instructor Jackie Foster for this special series and discover how to use yoga postures to ease chronic pain. Everyone experiences pain at some point. Much of the pain we suffer from is due to muscular imbalance. Some muscles are long and tight and some are short and tight. There isn't any benefit to stretching already unyielding muscles. Learn the Daily Five stretches for rebalancing the body and adaptations to incorporate in any yoga class. All bodies are welcome. Yoga newbies or long time practitioners will experience more comfort on and off the mat. Pre-registration for the this class in strongly encouraged but drop-ins are welcome. Classes are $18 each (attendees can use an existing class pass).
Saturdays, February 15 - March 7 - Parent & Pre-Schooler Literacy Based Yoga -
Kids Yoga classes for later toddler/pre-school aged child(ren) and his/her caregiver. Each session will include introduction to yoga poses, which are based on a different children's book read each week.
Class series will be limited to 6 families.
Cost is $50 for 1 parent and 1 child ages 2.5 to 6
65 for 1 parent and 2 children ages 2.5 to 6
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required in advance in order to reserve your space.
Class series will be led by Maria Braun. Maria is a Certified Kid's Yoga Teacher, School Counselor in Brasher Falls, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Saturday, February 29 - Deep Restorative & Reiki Workshop - 2:00pm-4:00pm
Join yoga instructors Alison Flanigan and Beth McNally as they guide you into a place of deep relaxation. This Restorative Workshop takes Restorative yoga to the next level. Accompanying Alison and Beth will be Reiki Master, Gina DuMond.
Restorative yoga is practice of moving into a place of "Stillness and Ease." You are brought into this space with the use of props, bolsters, and blankets to support the entire body. Once the body enters into this relaxation state the nervous system is brought into balance which induces complete rest and ease, free from tension and anxiety. While in this state of rest, Gina, will be offering the Japanese relaxation technique of the subtle touch of Reiki to help further induce this place of respite.
Due to the nature and set-up of this in depth practice space is limited to 8 attendees. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required in advance. Cost for this event is $50.00 per person.
Wednesdays, March 18 - May 20* - Peaceful Child - Yoga, Mindfulness & More for Children - 4:15pm-5:15pm

The Peaceful Child - Yoga, Mindfulness & More for Children is an 8 week series focused on children ages 8-11 (grades 3-5). Starting Wednesday, March 18 through Wednesday, May 20. Please note - There will be no classes over Spring Break April 8 & 15.
Cost is $12 per child/per session for a drop-in single use pass or you can purchase a full 8 session pass for $90. You can pre-register and pre-purchase passes through the Earthshine Yoga Studio website.
*There is a minimum requirement of 5 children in order to hold the event.
